Staff is amazing
The pride parade was while i arrived. The hotel road access were blocked. The hotel did not notify in advance that we have to walk with the luggage. It was akward.

Wonderful
I had a pleasant experience. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the location was extremely central, allowing me to walk to most attractions. The breakfast was good, and I enjoyed my stay overall.
There was a machine noise at night on the 8th floor, so I recommend requesting a lower floor.
